nes clínicas <strong>de</strong>rivadas <strong>de</strong> su uso. A pesar <strong>de</strong> que es<br />

cierto que <strong>en</strong> este ámbito no contamos con una monitorización<br />

“gold standard” (monitorización ya establecida<br />

y as<strong>en</strong>tada fr<strong>en</strong>te a <strong>la</strong> cual los nuevos dispositivos<br />

<strong>de</strong>b<strong>en</strong> comparar su eficacia 22 ); nos proporciona una<br />

gran oportunidad para ahondar un poco más <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

fisiopatología <strong>de</strong> los traumatismos craneo<strong>en</strong>cefálicos y<br />

ori<strong>en</strong>tar <strong>la</strong>s pautas <strong>de</strong> actuación.<br />

Al servicio <strong>de</strong> Neurocirugía <strong>de</strong>l Hospital Clínico<br />

Universitario <strong>de</strong> Val<strong>en</strong>cia por su co<strong>la</strong>boración. A todo<br />

<strong>el</strong> personal <strong>de</strong> <strong>en</strong>fermería <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Unidad <strong>de</strong> Reanimación<br />

por su predisposición y bu<strong>en</strong> quehacer <strong>en</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />

incorporación <strong>de</strong> nueva monitorización.<br />
