INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CHILD CAR SEAT
• This child car seat is approved for Group 0, for
children from birth up to 10 kg (from birth up to
approximately 9 months of age). This child car seat
must be fitted only in a backward-facing position.
• This child car seat is approved for Group 1,
for children from 9 up to 18 kg (from 9 months
up to approximately 4 years of age). This child
car seat must be fitted only in a forward-facing
position.

HOW TO ADJUST THE CHILD CAR SEAT
The child car seat can be adjusted to different positions
to offer your child maximum comfort.
• To adjust the child car seat, use the red lever located
at the front of the child car seat, between the
base and the shell (fig. 2).
• WARNING: After adjusting the inclination of the
child car seat, ensure that the car safety belt is well
tensioned, and that the safety harness of the child
car seat is fitted in the correct position.
GROUP 0.
CHILD CAR SEAT FITTED IN A
BACKWARDFACING POSITION
• From birth up to 10 kg
• The child car seat must be fitted only with a 3-point
safety belt approved to UN/ECE Regulation No.
16, or other equivalent standards.
• WARNING: Do not fit the child car seat into the
front seat if the car is equipped with an Airbag.
• Adjust the child car seat to its most vertical position
(see paragraph “HOW TO ADJUST THE CHILD

CAR SEAT”). Place the child car seat onto the front
passenger, or rear seat of the car, in a backwardfacing
position.
• Pull the safety belt of the car completely, and insert
the lap part of the car safety belt under the base of
the child car seat (fig. 4A).
• Insert the diagonal part of the safety belt into the
guides, located at the rear of the child car seat
(Please refer to the blue labels on the child car
seat) (fig. 4B).
• Lock the buckle of the car safety belt, and pull the
belt towards the retractor.
• Place the plastic clamp (fig. 1B – n. 10) onto
the diagonal section of car safety belt, against
the guides located on the upper part of the shell
(fig. 6A and 6B).
• Ensure that the car safety belt is not twisted or
damaged, and that it is well-tensioned.
GROUP 1.
CHILD CAR SEAT FITTED IN A
FORWARD-FACING POSITION
• From 9 up to 18 kg
• The child car seat must be fitted only with a 3-point
safety belt approved to UN/ECE Regulation No.
16, or other equivalent standards.
• Place the child car seat onto the seat, in a forwardfacing
position (fig. 7).
• Pull the car safety belt, and slide the buckle
through the backrest of the child car seat, between
the plastic shell and the base (Please refer to the
red labels on the child car seat – fig.8).
• Lock the buckle of the car safety belt.
• Pull the belt tightly, making it adhere correctly to
the child car seat. Ensure the safety belt is fitted
safely against the car seat (fig.9A).
• Position the plastic clamp onto the car safety belt,
near the buckle of the diagonal part of the belt
(fig. 9B).
• Ensure that the safety belt is well-tensioned and
not twisted.
CHILD CAR SEAT SAFETY HARNESS
How to lock the buckle
• Join the 2 prongs of the buckle side by side (fig.
10A). Insert the 2 prongs into the buckle, until a
CLICK is heard, indicating they have been inserted
correctly (fig. 10B and 10C ).
• To open the buckle, push the red button located
on it.
• Always ensure that your child does not unfasten the
buckle of the safety harness.
How to adjust the safety harness
• To tension the safety harness, pull the adjustment
strap, as shown in diagram 11.
• Adjust the safety harness, until it is correctly fitted
to the child’s body.
