La zona urbana licencio el 85.66% del total de losmetros cuadrados licenciados para vivienda en el Municipio; se debe tener en cuenta queeste dato corresponde al total de licencias incluyendo obra nueva, adecuación, modificación,cerramiento y reforzamiento.10
