LOS DIRIGENTES y LAS ORGANIzACIONES DE LA IGLESIA 105 sus respectivos ministerios a una relación de cooperación con la iglesia local y con la Asociación. Los líderes asociados/vicedirectores de Jóvenes (si es necesario) auxiliarán a los líderes/directores en su obra y asumirán los deberes de liderazgo en ausencia de los líderes/directores. También se les asignarán las responsabilidades que las respectivas comisiones determinen. Los secretarios-tesoreros mantendrán un registro de las actividades de sus respectivos ministerios y enviarán un informe mensual al director de Jóvenes de la Asociación, utilizando los formularios especiales provistos para dicho fin, y animará a los jóvenes a informar sus actividades de testificación durante los diez minutos misioneros, al final de la lección de la Escuela Sabática. Los respectivos vicesecretarios-tesoreros (si son necesarios) ayudan al titular en su trabajo, según los arreglos mutuos. Consejero del Ministerio Joven. El consejero puede ser un anciano u otra persona calificada que sea miembro de la Junta Directiva de la iglesia, que comprenda cabalmente los objetivos del Ministerio Joven, y que simpatice con los jóvenes y con su involucramiento en los ministerios de la iglesia, y servirá como un valioso consejero de los jóvenes. Actuará como guía y consejero de los dirigentes del Ministerio Joven, y se reunirá con ellos regularmente las veces que la comisión directiva del Ministerio Joven sesione. Coopera con el director en la presentación de las necesidades del Ministerio Joven ante la Junta Directiva de la iglesia. El consejero debe sostener contacto con el director de Jóvenes de la Asociación, manteniéndolo informado acerca de cualquier cambio que se produzca en el cuadro de dirigentes y de otras cuestiones relacionadas con el Ministerio Joven. Junto con los demás oficiales del Ministerio Joven, debe asistir a las reuniones de capacitación de líderes realizadas por la Asociación, con el fin de mantenerse al día con lo que sucede en el Ministerio Joven. Es deseable que un mismo consejero sirva durante un período de varios años, para que haya continuidad. Todos los que están involucrados en el trabajo con jóvenes deben cumplir con las normativas y los requisitos legales y eclesiásticos, como por ejemplo la verificación de antecedentes o certificaciones. Los dirigentes de la iglesia local deben consultar con la Asociación, que determinará y asesorará en cuanto a qué verificación de antecedentes y certificaciones están disponibles o se requieren (véase Nota #7, pp. 170, 171). Servicio de instalación en el cargo Todos los oficiales de la iglesia local elegidos por primera vez pueden incluirse en un servicio de instalación en el cargo, dirigido por un ministro que tenga una licencia o una credencial vigente de la Asociación. Si no hay un
106 MANUAL DE LA IGLESIA ministro disponible, un anciano ordenado de la iglesia local puede conducir la ceremonia de instalación en el cargo para oficiales que no sean ancianos, diáconos ni diaconisas. Si la iglesia realiza un servicio para los oficiales recientemente escogidos, debería incluir a los directores de todos los departamentos y de otros órganos auxiliares.
