2PS BioFlash Disinfiction machine after coating

For more than 23 years, 2PS – Projection Plasma Système – is a specialist in Plasma
Spraying. The company proposes its expertise and technology in coatings for medical
applications.
2PS has well incorporated into its processes the contamination control (chemical,
microbiological, or particles).
To be one step ahead from its customers’ requirements, 2PS designed a new surface
disinfection process for coated implants.
2PS BIO FLASH is a special and unique disinfecting machine reducing CFU by 102 to
106 using pulsed light technology. 2PS BIO FLASH considerably reduces the risk of
microbiological contamination through plastic packing.
With 2PS BIO FLASH, 2PS can thus guarantee the level of contamination before sterilization.
