CEFIMECA company was created in 1992. In 2008 her turnover was 6 500 K€ with 94 employes. Her quality system is certified ISO 9001<br />
version 2000 and ISO 13485 by GMED. Specialized in subcontracting for designers in orthopedic implants and instrumentation (Knee,<br />
hip, shoulder …). CEFIMECA manufactures only with customers’ drawings (no conception) from raw material, machining, assembly,<br />
welding, until finishing and final check with certificates of compliance.<br />

2000 par GMED. CEFIMECA est spécialisée dans le secteur Médical en sous traitance d’implants et d’ancillaires orthopédiques.<br />
La société est équipée de : 18 centres d’usinage CN / 20 Tours CN / 4 Tridimensionnelles Polissage – Microbillage – Polissage électrolytique<br />
– Passivation - Nettoyage Ultra-sons (sans décontamination). D’après un plan fourni par le client, CEFIMECA prend en charge la fabrication<br />
des pièces à partir de la Fourniture Matière (gestion des lots), l’Usinage, le Montage, jusqu’à la Finition et le Contrôle AQP.<br />

DM Pack was founded in 2005 to meet the specific needs of a medical devices manufacturer of surgical implants seeking optimal quality<br />
combined with occasionally very short deadlines because of urgent client requests. DM Pack has developed a specific process for high<br />
level sporicidal disinfection and all of the other parts of the system have the same aim of controlling contamination:<br />
• New building constructed in 2011<br />
• ISO 7 room with autoregulated ventilation system<br />
• ISO 5 hoods<br />
• Reverse osmosis water treatment.<br />
