Fast Powder Sintering
Eurocoating: continuous process innovations.
ONE STEP
FPS is a fast sintering process. The service allows manufacturers to design and get implantable components Functionally
Graded both in density (from a fully dense material to a network with large size interconnected pores) and in materials.
It allows the application of macroporous titanium foams onto CoCr or Zirconia Toughened Alumina bulks, thus improving
the possibility of direct osteointegration for these materials.
