Changing system features
If your system operates as you want it to, you may not
need any changes.
Some kinds of setup, however, require a change for
optimal performance. In most cases, you make a
System change just once.
The features that you can change include:
Audio
Video
Media Center
DVD Lock
Using the DVD Lock feature is described in “Playing a
video disc or CD” on page 40.
For details on the other options available, refer to the
tables on the pages that follow.
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE PERFORMANCE
To get to the System menu
The System menu appears on your TV screen only.
1. Turn on your 3 2 1 ® system.
2. Turn on your TV and select the TV Video Input that
you use to watch a DVD.
3. Press the System button on your 3 2 1 remote.
The System menu appears on your TV screen.
4. To get into the menu, move right and select an icon
(like Media Center, shown on page 48) for one of
the system features.
The list of options appears on the menu screen.
Note: Entering the System menu pauses a DVD or CD.
