AL-KO Load Carrier<br />
19. Insert 2 M8 square nuts on the left and right hand<br />
end in both upper grooves in the rail profi les (11)<br />
20. Fit an edge protection (1) at the right and the left<br />
together with 6 bolts, disks and the inserted hexagon<br />
nuts.<br />
21. Align edge protection in the centre and tighten the<br />
screws using torque (M8: 25 Nm).<br />
22. Hang one safety chain in the drill hole on the left<br />
and right hand carrier (4, 9) and secure against f<strong>al</strong>ling<br />
our using pliers.<br />
23. Press the edge protection supplied on both outer<br />
edges of the ramp.<br />

The vehicle registration can be covered by the load carrier or the load. In this case the vehicle registration must<br />
