3. Hang the ramp (7) with the toothed wheel work in
the right or left hand edge protection (1).
4. Load load carrier.
5. Fit ramp together with both triangular gripping
screws..
6. Tighten the triangular gripping screws.
7. Hang the safety chains in the splint hole on the
triangular gripping screws.
Caution!
Notice the safety instruction regarding the loading.
1. Pre-assemble lashing hoops using 2 each M8 hexagon
nuts, disk.
2. Put large plate in place, then the smaller plate.
3. Twist on 2 each square nuts approx. 7-8 turns
(fl ush with the thread).
4. Push the pre-assembled lashing hoops using rivet
blocks with the smaller plate and the hexagon nuts
in a groove of your choice in the rail profi le (11).
5. Position lashing hoops in the groove using the
rivet blocks and tighten using hexagon nuts.
