3.3.2 Without the optional advertising proposed by the organizers:
* For competitors who are legal persons
(entrant team, manufacturers) and registred ERC 4.000 €
* For competitors who are physical persons 1.800 €
* For the entrants licenced at the ASA ANTIBES JUAN LES PINS
And the competitors registred in Citroën Racing Trophy
before the 12th September 2009 : 1.400 €
* For the 25 first entirely foreign crews (except legal persons) 1.100 €
* For entirely foreign crews (except legal persons) 1.800 €
If it is observed that the optional advertisement has been taken off during the progress of
the event, the payment of the applicable mark up will be demanded immediately.
The entry fees include one «Service» sticker, numbered per competitor, one Rally
Guide/Service book and one entry ticket. This sticker must compulsorily be stuck on
the windscreen of the cars allowed to enter the park. In the assistance park only one
«Service» car will be allowed per competitor. Compulsorily it will have to bear an
«Service» sticker and to present the entry ticket.
An «Auxiliaire» sticker plus a «Rally guide/Service book», for legal persons competitors
entrant teams and competitor ERC registered are at their disposition for the sum of 350 €
TTC within the limit of 2 per competitor.
The surface given to a competitor in a service park is :
- 42 m² for a car
- 120 m² for a car for ERC registered competitors (see FIA list)
All competitors who want more surface must ask for it obligatory before the closing of
entries. Supplementary m² will be given depending on possibilities and invoiced (form in
webside or ask at secretariat)

Any bank fees have to be paid by the competitor
The justification of bank transfer will be sent to the Rally Secretariat before the entries
closing date.
3.5 - REFUNDS
Entry fees will be refunded in full :
3.5.1 to candidates whose entry has not been accepted;
3.5.2 In the case of the rally not taking place.
The Organizers will refund part of the entry fee to these entrants who, for reasons of "Force
Majeure", were unable to start the rally, on condition that a registered letter to that effect be
sent to the organizers.
The amounts retained will be as follow :
- 20 % for requests received up to 10 days before the rally
