- Lay out under each racing car a waterproof ground sheet and resistant to<br />

hydrocarbons of a surface at least equal to that of the car (3mx5m minimum).<br />

- Deal with the removal of their waste at the latest when they leave the service<br />

park (rubbish bags will be given to your assistance’ teams)<br />

The penalty for failing to fire extinguisher and waterproof ground sheet in the park is 200 €.<br />

The organizing committee would like to thank you for your understanding towards our<br />

marshalls who are doing their best in order to make sure that the rally is taking place in<br />

good conditions and also to make sure that everyone respects the regulations and<br />

everybody else.<br />

You are responsible for the behaviour of your assistance team members.<br />

The good observation of these prescriptions will be verified by the officials of the rally and<br />

any infringement will be submitted to the Stewards of the Meeting who will determine what<br />

sanction to apply.<br />

SPEED IN SERVICE PARKS<br />

The car’s speed in service parks must not exceed 30 km/h, exceeding this speed shall<br />

result in a penalty given by the stewards of the meeting.<br />

11.6.7 RE-START AFTER RETIREMENT (SUPER RALLY)<br />

In accordance with FIA EUROPEAN RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP REGULATIONS 2009<br />

(article 43.4).<br />

The entrant must advise the Organisers of the intention to have the car rescrutineered prior<br />

to the start of the Stewards’ meeting at the end of the Day which the car has failed to finisfh<br />

11.6.7.1 Those crews wishing to take a new start must report to scrutineering with their car<br />

six hours before the Time Control for the start the following day.<br />

All crews who retire on the day 1 must show up :<br />

For the start of the day 2: up to 1.00 maximum on Sunday 18th October 2009<br />

Scrutineering of the car from 6.00<br />

11.6.8 RETIREMENT - BREAKDOWN SERVICES - SUPER RALLY INFO<br />

11.6.8.1 RETIREMENT<br />

In case of retirement, the competitor must notify as quickly as possible the Clerk of the<br />

Course by using the telephone number indicated on the information note that has been<br />

given out at the scrutineering and indicated on page 44 of the present supplementary<br />

regulations. Any infringement will be submitted to the Stewards of the Meeting who will<br />

determine the sanction to be applied.<br />

When the road sweeping car reaches them, if the crew wants to take a new start, it must<br />

fill in the form found in the road-book, and hand it to the sweep car, stating if they need a<br />

tow or break-down lorry.<br />

11.6.8.2 BREAKDOWN SERVICES<br />

Breakdown services, towing or taking a car away in a SS are only authorized after the 2nd<br />

passage on this SS and only after the road sweeping car has gone past.<br />

IMPORTANT: All breakdown services used in a SS or on road section are at the cost<br />

of the competitor.<br />

11.6.8.3 SUPER RALLY INFO<br />

The Course Directorate is at your disposal at the telephone number to be found on page<br />

44 of the present supplementary Regulations :<br />
