Las correas trapeciales estrechas están constituidas por un núcleo de
caucho y un soporte de caucho.
La cuerda de tracción estándar de todos los perfiles y secciones está
hecha de poliester. Dependiendo del perfil, se utilizan diferentes hilos.
El hilo es impregnado y se pulveriza con una mezcla de goma especial de
forma que consigue una unión homogénea con el núcleo o con el soporte
de caucho.
El tejido de recubrimiento se ha tratado con una mezcla de gomas
resistentes a la abrasión. Con ello conseguimos gran resistencia a los
aceites, al calor y al frío así como insensibilidad frente al polvo.
Con un aguante a la temperatura entre -30º C y 100º C

Les courroies trapézoïdales étroites sont constituées d'un noyau et d'un
support en caoutchouc.
La corde de traction standard de tous les profils et sections est réalisée en
polyester. En fonction du profil, différents fils sont employés. Le fil est
imprégné puis pulvérisé d'un mélange de caoutchouc spécial de sorte à
obtenir une union homogène avec le noyau ou avec le support en
caoutchouc.
Le tissu de recouvrement est traité avec un mélange de caoutchoucs
résistants à l'abrasion.
Résistance aux températures comprises entre -30º C et 100º C.

Narrow V-belts are formed by a rubber core and a rubber support.
The standard tension cord for all profiles and cross sections is made of
polyester. Different cords are used depending on the profile. The cord is
impregnated and sprayed with a mixture of special rubber to join the rubber
core and support evenly.
The cover fabric has been treated with a mixture of abrasion-resistant
rubbers.

Die Schmalkeilriemen bestehen aus einem Gummikern und einer
Gummiauflage.
Der Standardzugstrang ist unabhängig von Profil und Querschnitt des
Keilriemens aus Polyester gefertigt. Je nach Profil werden dazu verschiedene
Fasermaterialien verwendet. Das Fasermaterial wird imprägniert und mit
einer speziellen Gummimischung besprüht, sodass eine gleichmäßige
Verbindung mit dem Gummikern bzw. der Gummiauflage erzielt wird.
Die Textilbeschichtung wird mit einer abriebfesten Gummimischung
behandelt. Auf
