LA DIVISION DES FORMES VÉGÉTATIVES DES AUTRES <strong>AMIBES</strong> DE L'HOMME Peu d'études ont été faites concernant leur division (51). Des aspects correspondant probablement à des formes en voie de division peuvent cependant être observées, en particulier après coloration par le trichrome. On retrouve pour les formes végétatives d'Entamoeba hartmanni (photo n° 35) d'Entamoeba coli (photo n° 36) et d'Endolimax nanus (photo n°.37) des aspects similaires à ceux décrits pour Entamoeba histolytica. Dientamoeba fragilis : rattaché aux flagellés, possède dans 20 à 80 % des cas des formes à deux noyaux souvent reliés entre eux par un filament, faisceau extranucléaire microtubulaire. La division nucléaire a été étudiée par Brug (50) après coloration à l’hématoxyline de Heidenhain. Cet aspect correspond à un arrêt de la division au stade de télophase. Photo n° 35 Cytodiérèse.
