The key component of amicrowave oven is the magnetron that will transform the energy of electricity to microwave <strong>and</strong>huge energy of microwave field is established under the closed cavity. Keep thedoor or window of your kitchen open to ensure good ventilation. So it is strongly recommended tooperate as follows : set the oven to convection or grill mode <strong>and</strong> operate dry several times ,operating dry can only be conducted in the grill or convection mode, it cannot be conducted atcombination mode or microwave mode.UTENSILS GUIDEIt is strongly recommended to use the containers which are suitable <strong>and</strong> safe for microwavecooking. Generally speaking, the containers which are made of heat-resistant ceramic, glass orplastic are suitable for microwave cooking. Never use the metal containers for microwave cooking<strong>and</strong> combination cooking as spark is likely to occur. You can take the reference of below table.21
