En septembre 2015, 193 pays membres<br />
de l’ONU ont adopté, pour<br />
les 15 prochaines années, 17 objectifs,<br />
169 cibles et 230 indicateurs. Et c’est<br />
depuis le 1 er janvier 2016 que ces objectifs<br />
sont devenus le cadre de référence de<br />
tous les gouvernements et des différents<br />
acteurs concernés pour la période 2015 -<br />
2030.<br />
Le Cadre stratégique de Caritas Africa pour 2015-2019.<br />
adopté lors de la Conférence Régionale de mai 2015 à Rome<br />
et le Plan opérationel qui en découle fournissent au Réseau<br />
Caritas en Afrique et aux partenaires qui les accompagnent<br />
un point d’entrée sur le terrain de la mise en œuvre des ODD<br />
dans la mesure où ces deux documents ont prévu respectivement<br />
des orientations et des activités à travers lesquelles<br />
Caritas pourra apporter sa contribution, dans la mesure des<br />
moyens qui seront mobilisés, à la réalisation de certains de<br />
ces objectifs en tenant compte de sa vision, de sa mission et<br />
des valeurs et principes qui orientent son action.<br />
A cet effet, il sera aussi important que Caritas, à tous les<br />
niveaux (paroissial, diocésain, national, sous-régional et<br />
régional), reste attentif à toutes les dynamiques qui se<br />
développement autour de la mise en œuvre des ODD,<br />
spécialement en participant aux cadres de dialogue et de<br />
consultation multi-acteurs (gouvernements, partenaires<br />
techniques et financiers, société civile, secteur privé, …).<br />
La présence de Caritas sur le terrain, aux côtés des populations<br />
meurtries par des catastrophes d’origines diverses et<br />
des communautés qui luttent honorablement contre la pauvreté,<br />

The implementation of the<br />
Sustainable Development Goals:<br />
what role for Caritas in Africa?<br />
In September 2015, 193 UN member countries have<br />
adopted 17 goals, 169 targets and 230 indicators for the<br />
next 15 years. And since 1 st January 2016, these<br />
objectives have become the reference framework of all<br />
Governments and various other actors for the 2015-2030<br />
period.<br />
The 2015-2019 Caritas Africa strategic framework adopted<br />
in the course of the Regional Conference in May 2015 in<br />
Rome and the Operational Plan that resulted provide to<br />
the Caritas network in Africa and to the partners<br />
accompanying them an entry point in the field of the<br />
implementation of the SDGs in so far as these two<br />
documents respectively provide guidance and activities<br />
through which Caritas could make its contribution to the<br />
extent of the means that will be mobilized to achieve some<br />
of these goals taking into account its vision, mission, values<br />
and principles that guide its action.<br />
To this end, it will be important as well that Caritas, at all<br />
levels (Parish, Diocesan, National, Sub-regional and Regional),<br />
remains attentive to all the dynamics that are developing<br />
around the implementation of the SDGs, especially<br />
by participating in the frameworks of multi-stakeholder<br />
dialogue and consultation (Governments, technical and<br />
financial partners, civil society, private sector, ...).<br />
The presence of Caritas in the field, alongside populations<br />
suffering from disasters of various origins and communities<br />

Em setembro de 2015, 193 países membros das NU<br />
adoptaram 17 objectivos, 169 resultados e 230 indicadores<br />
para os próximos 15 anos. E desde o dia 1 de Janeiro de<br />
2016, estes objectivos se tornaram a referência da estrutura<br />
de todos os Governos e de vários outros actores para o<br />
período 2015-2030.<br />
O quadro estratégico 2015-2019 da Caritas África que foi<br />
adoptado durante a realização da Conferência Regional em<br />
Maio de 2015 em Roma e o Plano Operacional daí resultante<br />
fornece à rede Caritas em África e aos parceiros acompanhantes<br />
