Coffee Shop and Snack-Bars<br />
Monday and Tuesday<br />
• Snack-bars (coffee, croissants, etc.) will be available on the 5 th floor near the<br />
conference rooms from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.<br />
Drinks and Light lunch<br />
Monday and Tuesday<br />
• Beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol) and a choice of light lunches are<br />
available on the South side in the Exhibit Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.<br />
Do’s and Don’ts<br />
• Smoking is prohibited in the Palais <strong>des</strong> congrès.<br />
• The consumption of food or beverages is prohibited in the conference rooms.<br />
• Tape recording of a lecture is possible only with the permission of the<br />
speaker.<br />
• Your cell phone should be turned off <strong>du</strong>ring the conferences.<br />
