Endodontic concepts, technology, and techniques have dramatically advanced
in recent years, which has left many clinicians in the gap between where they
are and what is possible. This all-day presentation will address the critically
essential elements of success, including pulpal breakdown, root canal system
anatomy, access cavities, irrigants, working length, new instrument designs and
cleaning and shaping strategies. Dr. Ruddle will show a technologically new and
advanced obturation device and present an easy-to-learn technique for filling
root canal systems. The advantages of vertical condensation of warm gutta
percha will be illustrated in detail.
Course Objectives:
At conclusion, participants should be able to:
• Utilize "microsonic" techniques to finish the access preparation;
• Secure a predictable glide path for shaping files to follow;
• Shape canals with generally one file utilizing a new method;
• Clean root canal systems;
• Fill root canal systems.
Dr. Ruddle received his dental degree from University of the Pacific, San Francisco, California, and
completed his postgraduate endodontics at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston,
Massachusetts. Dr. Ruddle provides superb endodontic education through his lectures, articles,
seminars, and DVDs.
