INTEGRÁLT MEGKÖZELÍTÉS HATÁSA A HYPERTONIATERÁPIA SIKERÉRE ... 37 vizsgálatban például a betegek 57%-a kapott kombinációs kezelést a legkevésbé agresszív diastolés célvérnyomás eléréséhez (90 Hgmm) (5), a TJK programban a betegek 58%-a részesült kombinációs terápiában ugyanezen célvérnyomás eléréséhez. Eredményeink alacsonyabb kontroll arányokat mutattak, mint a TJK program hátteréül szolgáló ECHP Világbanki projekt (2,9% vs. 25,5%) (1), amelyben 50 budapesti háziorvosi rendelõ vett részt. A TJK eredményeinek részletes elemzése során feltûnt, hogy lényeges különbségek adódnak a kontroll arányszámok tekintetében a célvérnyomás kritériumok kis változtatásai nyomán (kisebb-egyenlõ „” vs. kisebb „
