698WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI SABAH 11 April 2013LAND ORDINANCE - (cont.)Native Residential Site, Banggi Island, Kudat (hereinafter referred to as “The Reserve”) forthe sole use of the Natives of Kampung Krosong, Banggi Island, Kudat subject to thefollowing terms:-(1) The Reserve is for the sole use of the Natives of Kampung Krosong, Banggi Island,Kudat for the construction of dwelling houses and other ancillary buildings;(2) The Residents of the Kampung may be permitted to practice traditional kampungindustries, rearing of fowls, domestic animals and cash crops farming within theReserve;(3) The District Chief of Kudat, the Native Chief of Banggi Island and the Village Headof Kampung Krosong, Banggi Island, Kudat are hereby appointed as Trustees forthe Reserve subject to the directions of the Assistant Collector of Land Revenue,Kudat;(4) The Trustees shall fence or cause to be fenced the boundaries of the Reserve andthereafter maintain such fence to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of LandRevenue, Kudat/District Officer Kudat;(5) No Native who is not habitually resident in Kampung Krosong, Banggi Island, Kudatshall be permitted to erect and construct any building within the Reserve withoutthe written consent of the Trustees; and(6) Any person aggrieved by any act or omission by the Trustees or the AssistantCollector of Land Revenue, Kudat or to both, may apply for a review thereof to theSecretary of Natural Resources whose decision shall be final.SCHEDULELocality District Description Plan No. Approximate AreaSurvey Lot No.Kampung Krosong, Kudat 05200975 05127947 20.70 hectaresBanggi IslandDated at Kota Kinabalu, this 21st day of March, 2013.By His Excellency’s Command,DATUK SERI PANGLIMA MUSA HAJI AMAN,Chief Minister of Sabah.
