1,716WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI SABAH 4 Oktober 2007REPEATED NOTIFICATIONS - (cont.)THE LAND ORDINANCECap. 68[No. MNR. 115/183/(20)DECLARATION OF LAND RESERVED FOR MUSLIM NATIVES BURIAL GROUNDKAMPUNG BINSULOK, MEMBAKUT DISTRICT OF BEAUFORTUNDER SECTION 78(1), (2) AND (3)In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsections 78(1), (2) and (3) of theLand Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has declared the State Land described inCap. 68the Schedule hereto to be a Native Reserve to be known as the Kampung Binsulok,Membakut Muslim Natives Burial Ground Reserve (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Reserve’)for the sole use of the Muslim Natives of Kampung Binsulok, Membakut in the BeaufortDistrict, subject to the following terms:-(1) No Muslim Native who is not habitually resident in Kampung Binsulok, Membakutshall bury any corpse within the Reserve unless he shall have previously obtainedpermission in writing to do so from the Trustees;(2) The Yang di-Pertua Majlis Ugama Islam <strong>Sabah</strong> (MUIS), Imam Daerah Beaufort,Village Head of Binsulok, Membakut and District Chief of Beaufort are herebyappointed Trustees for the Reserve subject to the directions of the District Officerof Beaufort;(3) The Trustees shall fence or cause to be fenced the boundaries of the Reserve to thesatisfaction of the District Officer, Beaufort; and(4) Any person aggrieved by any act or omission by the Trustees or the District Officerof Beaufort or both, may apply for a review thereof to the Secretary of NaturalResources whose decision shall be final.SCHEDULELocality District Description Plan No. Approximate AreaSurvey Lot No.Kg.
