Ai sensi del D.lgs. 9 aprile 2008, n. 81 Articolo 97 - Obblighi del datore <strong>di</strong> lavoro dell’impresa<br />
affidataria al comma 3 lettera b) verificare la congruenza dei piani operativi <strong>di</strong> sicurezza (POS)<br />
delle imprese esecutrici rispetto al proprio, prima della trasmissione dei suddetti piani operativi <strong>di</strong><br />
sicurezza al coor<strong>di</strong>natore per l’esecuzione.<br />
In ogni caso ogni impresa e/o artigiano verrà verificata, tramite la consegna al Responsabile dei<br />
lavori ed al CSE della documentazione <strong>di</strong> legge (DURC, UNILAV, ecc.) e del POS.<br />
