- macchine industriali (<strong>ad</strong> esempio piccoli condensatori),<br />
- veicoli a motore.<br />
A questi si aggiungono i <strong>PCB</strong> utilizzati nelle opere e<strong>di</strong>li e civili che il piano<br />
regionale richiede <strong>di</strong> in<strong>di</strong>viduare e monitorare.<br />
Questi beni <strong>di</strong>smessi sono pertanto oggetto del presente programma.<br />
Al fine <strong>di</strong> elaborare il presente programma, l’analisi è stata articolata su tre<br />
sezioni <strong>di</strong> approfon<strong>di</strong>mento come <strong>di</strong> seguito in<strong>di</strong>cato:<br />
SEZIONE INTRODUTTIVA: de<strong>di</strong>cata alla presentazione delle finalità,<br />
alla costruzione del qu<strong>ad</strong>ro normativo <strong>di</strong> riferimento, alla presentazione<br />
delle caratteristiche, delle applicazioni e degli effetti sull’ambiente e sulla<br />
salute dei <strong>PCB</strong>;<br />
SEZIONE ANALITICA: tratta l’analisi e/o l’elaborazione delle<br />
informazioni relative ai detentori <strong>di</strong> <strong>apparecchi</strong> <strong>non</strong> inventariati, alla<br />
in<strong>di</strong>viduazione dei rifiuti <strong>contenenti</strong> <strong>PCB</strong> e gestione degli stessi; ciò al fine<br />
<strong>di</strong> costruire una base informativa <strong>di</strong> riferimento per l’in<strong>di</strong>viduazione dei<br />
<strong>soggetti</strong> da coinvolgere con le azioni programmatiche;<br />
SEZIONE PROGRAMMATICA: descrive le azioni <strong>di</strong> sensibilizzazione ed<br />
informazione che verranno attuate, il programma temporale e<br />
l’identificazione delle corrette modalità <strong>di</strong> gestione delle <strong>apparecchi</strong>ature<br />
<strong>contenenti</strong> <strong>PCB</strong> ancora presenti sul territorio provinciale.<br />
