This parameter indicates that subsequent messages in this conversation thread are to be directed to the agent named in the reply-to parameter, instead of to the agent named in the sender parameter. Questo viene realizzato iniziando ogni messaggio con delle parole chiave che rappresentano l’intenzione dell’agente che ha inviato il messaggio stesso. Tale parola chiave è il tipo di atto comunicativo. Questo standard fornisce una libreria di tutti gli atti comunicativi riconosciuti dalla FIPA, ed utilizzabili nel linguaggio FIPA-ACL. E’ stabilito negli standard che per essere completamente compatibile un agente deve essere capace di ricevere qualsiasi atto comunicativo FIPA-ACL e almeno rispondere, nel caso che il messaggio ricevuto non possa 25
