Pur non essendo citata per il Lazio da B. ANZALONE (1984), la specie è abbastanza diffusa nella regione, nei<br />
prati aridi e ai margini <strong>dei</strong> boschi termofili (sub Th. linifolium Schrank). Sulla <strong>Laga</strong> la si rinviene talvolta a quote<br />
più elevate del limite altitudinale (1200 m) riportato da S. PIGNATTI (Fl.It., 1: 132, 1982) e, non di rado, nelle<br />
radure <strong>della</strong> faggeta.<br />
