Concept identified above, which may include associated software components, media,
printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (defined as "ELLVIS
COURSE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the ELLVIS COURSE, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement,
do not install or use the ELLVIS COURSE.

1. FREEWARE LICENSE
This ELLVIS COURSE is being distributed as Freeware. It may be freely used, copied and
distributed as long as it is not sold, and ALL original files are included, including this license.
You may also:
I. use the ELLVIS COURSE on any computer in your possession.
II. make copies of the ELLVIS COURSE.
III. distribute the ELLVIS COURSE.
IV. make a charge for distributing this ELLVIS COURSE merely to recover your media and
distribution cost.
