KX - Fiala di vetro a Rotopercussione
L’ancorante KX è una fiala di vetro monodose di resina bicomponente
(resina base + accelerante) e granulato di quarzo.
Abbinato alle barre filettate KXM di acciaio zincato. Le barre
KXM sono tagliate “a cuneo” per meglio frantumare la fiala e
mescolarne il contenuto e presentano all’estremità un codolo
esagonale per essere inserite in un comune mandrino di
trapano e permettere l’inserimento a rotopercussione nelle
fiale.
La fiala di vetro KX da la miglior risposta a sollecitazioni combinate
come: forze applicate, sbalzi termici pesi anche notevoli,
aggressivi chimici, urti e sollecitazioni dinamiche, resistenza
nel tempo.
Utilizzo
Carichi pesanti e pesantissimi, con sollecitazioni dinamiche
(vibrazioni, contraccolpi, urti, ecc.) su cemento, pietra, roccia,
materiale compatto in genere. Posa di macchinari, scaffalature,
lavori in galleria.
Igiene e sicurezza - Stoccaggio
La resina KX è irritante per gli occhi e la pelle. E’ nociva se
inalata. Durante l’esecuzione del fissaggio è consigliabile portare
occhiali di protezione. Per rispettare le norme di igiene e
sicurezza, seguire le precauzioni d’uso indicate nelle istruzioni
contenute nella scatola. Conservare le fiale di vetro all’interno
della confezione originale, ed in ambiente fresco.
Osservare le date di scadenza esposte sulla confezione.

KX - Rotation-Percussion Glass Ampoule
The article KX consists of a two components resin (basic
resin + accelerating agent) and granulated quartz.
It is to be combined with the galvanized steel KXM threaded
bar.
KXM bars are wedge-shaped to better crush the ampoule
and mix up its content.
They present at their end a hexagonal shank, in order to
be mounted in a regular drill mandrel, to allow the insertion
by rotation-percussion into the ampoules.
The KX glass ampoule represents the right response to
combined stress, such as: applied forces, sudden changes
in temperature, heavy loads, chemical attacks, impact and
dynamic forces.
Use
Heavy and very heavy loads, with dynamic stress (vibrations,
counterblows, impacts, etc.) on concrete, stone, rock,
compact materials.
Laying of machinery, scaffoldings, tunnel works, installations
on crumbling walls.
Hygiene and Security - Storage
The KX resin is irritant for one's eyes and skin.
It is injurious for one's health, if inhaled. During installation
the use of protective glasses is recommended. As to the
safety norms, please follow the precautions shown on the
box. Keep ampoules in their original packaging, in a cool
environment. Pay attention to the expiring date shown
on the packaging.

KX - Verbundmasse in Glaspatrone
KX ist eine Glasdübelpatrone mit einsatzfertiger zweikomponenten
Verbundmasse (Poliester + Harter) mit
Quarzgranulat. Sie wird in Verbindung mit der angespitzten
Gewindestange KXM verwendet. Die Gewindestange
wird mittels einer Schlagbohrmaschine in
das Bohrloch eingerammt. Nach der Vermischung härtet
die Masse in Kürze aus.
KX entspricht den Anforderungen einer spannungsfreien
Verankerung in Beton oder festem Mauerwerk, auch
unter Wasser, bei hohen statischen und dynamischen
Belastungen, ebenfalls bei geringen Achsen- und
Randabaständen
Einsatz
Für mittelschwere und schwere Lasten empfohlen.
Ideal für Beton, Stein und festes Mauerwerk.
Empfohlen für die Befestigung von Maschinen, Regalen,
mittels Gewindestangen.
Hygene und Sicherheit - Lagerung
KX ist reizend für die Augen und für die Haut. Gase
sind schädlich wenn eingeatmet.
Angegeben Sicherheitsvorschriften wie auf der
Kartusche beschrieben folgen.
Kartusche vor Sonne und Wärme schützen.
Den auf dem Etikett angegebenen Gültigkeitsdatum
beachten.

KX - Ampoule en verre à Roto-percussion
La fixation KX consiste à une ampoule mono-dose de
résine à deux composants (résine de base+ accélérateur)
et granulat de quartz. A utiliser en combinaison
avec les tiges filetées KXM en acier galvanisé. Les
tiges KXM sont coupées 'à coin' pour mieux écraser
l'ampoule et en mélanger son contenu. Elles présentent
à une extrémité un cône hexagonal pour l'insertion
dans une broche de drille et permettre son introduction
à roto-percussion dans les ampoules.
L'ampoule KX représente la réponse aux contraintes
combinées comme : écarts de température, poids
remarquables, agents chimiques, chocs et sollicitations
dynamiques.
Emploi
Charges Lourdes et très Lourdes, avec contraintes
dynamiques (vibrations, chocs en retour, coups, etc.)
sur béton, pierre, roche, matériel compact.
Pose de machinerie, rayonnages, travaux en tunnel,
installations sur de murs friables.
Hygiène et sécurité - Stockage
La résine KX est irritante pour les yeux et pour la peau.
Elle est nuisible à la santé, si inhalée. Durant l'exécution
de la fixation on suggère l'emploi de lunettes de protection.
Pour ce qui concerne les normes de sécurité, suivre
les précautions d'emploi contenues dans la boite.
Conserver les ampoules dans l'emballage original, au
frais . Faire attention à la date de péremption montrée
sur l'emballage.
