From Naples
to Ischia with
“Lora d’Abundo”
the first ferry in the Ro-Pax TRF 82
series, commissioned from Rodriquez
Cantieri Navali by the Medmar
shipping company, was handed over on
March 5th. Present at the ceremony, in
addition to the shipyard’s managers and
Nicola D’Abundo, president of Medmar
Spa., were numerous authorities.
The Lora D’Abundo, now serving the
Naples-Ischia route with three sailings
per day in each direction, was built
entirely of steel and is a superb example
of the results of the group’s constant
technological research. Eighteenth vessel
in the Medmar fleet, is expected to
expand the company’s market share on
the Naples−Ischia route, now seventyfive
per cent of the entire demand.
Conam delivers
the third 75 WideBody
with “Andrea 1921” Intermarine
Shipyard, located in Sarzana,
has built and delivered four
yacht 75 WideBody.
The third yacht, “Solange” has been
delivered on March and the fourth, will
be delivered up to this month. Actually
the yard has under construction
three yachts more of this version and
is programming the open version
construction: the Conam 80 Sport.

Cantieri Navali dalla Compagnia
di navigazione Medmar, è stato
consegnato il 5 marzo scorso. Alla
cerimonia di inaugurazione, oltre ai
vertici del cantiere e a Nicola D’Abundo,
presidente di Medmar Spa, erano
presenti numerose autorità. Il Lora
D’Abundo, operativo sulla rotta Napoli-
Ischia con tre collegamenti giornalieri,
è costruito totalmente in acciaio ed
è esempio della costante ricerca
tecnologica del Gruppo. Diciottesima
unità della flotta Medmar, incrementa il
bacino d’utenza della compagnia sulla
rotta Napoli-Ischia, oggi pari al 75%
dell’intera domanda.
Conam consegna
il terzo 75 WideBody
con “Andrea 1921” sono quattro
gli esemplari Conam 75 Wide-
Body costruiti presso il Cantiere
Intermarine di Sarzana.
Il “Solange”, terzo yacht, è stato
consegnato all’armatore lo scorso mese
di marzo e il quarto sarà consegnato
entro questo mese. Il cantiere sta
costruendo ad oggi altri tre esemplari
e sta programmando la realizzazione
della versione sportiva, l’80 Sport Open.

A New Fast Patrol
Boat for the GdF
the collaboration between the
Intermarine shipyard in Sarzana
and the Guardia di Finanza is
confirmed by the launching of the
Bigliani Class VI series fast patrol
boat G122 La Spina in Sarzana last
January.
The G122 La Spina, a 27-meter
vessel capable of reaching a speed
of 40 knots, forms part of an order
comprising another nine patrol boats
in the same series and five 35-meter
vessels of the Bigliani Class V series.
Intermarine has already handed over
three of the latter: the G3 Di Bartolo,
G4 Avallone, and the G5 Oltramonti.
Besides the vessels in the Bigliani
Class the Sarzana yard, together with
the Baglietto yard, is also building
for the Guardia di Finanza fourteen
13.5-meter patrol boats capable of
reaching a speed of 45 knots.
Un nuovo
guardacoste veloce
per la GdF
continua la collaborazione fra il
cantiere Intermarine di Sarzana
e la Guardia di Finanza.
Lo conferma il varo del guardacoste
veloce Classe Bigliani VI Serie
“G122 La Spina”, avvenuto lo scorso
gennaio a Sarzana. Il “G 122 La
Spina”, un 27 metri, in grado di
raggiungere 40 nodi di velocità, fa
parte di una fornitura globale che
comprende altri nove pattugliatori
della stessa serie, e cinque unità da
35 metri della V Serie Classe Bigliani.
Di queste ultime, Intermarine ha già
consegnato tre esemplari, le Navi
“G3 Di Bartolo”, “G4 Avallone” e
“G5 Oltramonti”. Oltre alle unità
della Classe Bigliani, il cantiere di
Sarzana per la Guardia di Finanza
sta realizzando insieme la cantiere
Baglietto anche 14 motovedette da
13,5 metri, in grado di raggiungere
45 nodi di velocità.
