La fabricación de los productos cerámicos de APARICI PORCELANICO, se realiza siguiendo las máximas garantídas en materia Medioambiental de acuerdo a la legislación
vigente. En el futuro seguiremos comprometidos en esta mejora medioambiental que nuestros clientes nos exigen cada vez más, incorporando las mejores prácticas y técnicas
medioambientales, y estableciendo controles más exigentes para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos medioambientales exigidos.
TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS CARRIED OUT IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.
MEJORAS TÉCNICAS REALIZADAS PARA MINIMIZAR EL IMPACTO MEDIOAMBIENTAL.
In these phases, the best equipments and prevention techniques for the control of contamination available in this industry have been implemented, and they are:
1. Powerful vacuuming in the plant to catch the maximum quantity of particles generated in the various production phases.
2. Focus of emission to the atmosphere with correcting elements that permit to issue gases and smokes according to the parameters allowed by legislation. Among the corrective
elements stand out the hose filters that are highly efficient in collecting dust and other particles present in the air.
3. The use of natural gas as fuel means a FUNDAMENTAL environmental improvement if it is compared with other fuels used in the past.
4. Selective disposal of dangerous residues (RP’s) and non-dangerous (RNP’s) in plant, creating adequate storing areas for mud, watery suspension, boiling mixtures, dust and
particles, all these managed by AUTHORIZED MANAGING FIRMS for the disposal of these residues.
En estas fases se han incorporado los mejores equipos y técnicas de prevención y control de la contaminación disponibles en esta industria que son:
1. Aspiraciones potentes en planta para captar la máxima cantidad de partículas que se generan en las distintas fases productivas.
2. Focos de emisión a la atmósfera con elementos correctores que permiten emitir gases y humos de acuerdo con los parámetros permitidos por la legislación. Entre los
elementos correctores destacan los filtros de mangas, de máxima eficacia de recogida de polvo y demás partículas que se encuentran en el ambiente.
3. El empleo de gas natural como combustible supone una mejora medioambiental FUNDAMENTAL si lo comparamos con otros combusibles empleados en el pasado.
4. Recogida selectiva de residuos peligrosos (RP’s) y no peligrosos (RNP’s) en planta, habilitando zonas de almacenaje adecuadas para lodos, suspensiones acuosas, mezclas
de cocción, polvos y partículas, todos ellos gestionados por EMPRESAS GESTORAS AUTORIZADAS para la manipulación de estos residuos.
