1. ENGINE<br />
1.1 Engine: 4 stroke, horizontal single cylin<strong>de</strong>r<br />
1.2 Ignition: Via an electronic starter <strong>de</strong>vice<br />
(CDI) that feeds the live HT coil that generates<br />
the spark.<br />
1.3 Lubrication: W<strong>et</strong> sump forced pressure<br />
splash through a pump.<br />
1.4 Clutch: Multiplate, oil bath type. The unit<br />
is cable operated by a lever located on<br />
the left hand si<strong>de</strong> of the handlebar and is<br />
adjustable.<br />
1.5 Gear Box: Four speed forward drive with<br />
constant mesh gears immersed in oil bath<br />
are operated by the twist grip on the left<br />
hand si<strong>de</strong> of the handlebar which functions<br />
in conjunction with the clutch control<br />
lever.<br />
1.6 Cooling: Forced air provi<strong>de</strong>d by a centrifugal<br />
fan.<br />
1.7 Mechanical starter: With kick starter<br />
pedal located on the right hand si<strong>de</strong> of<br />
scooter. Push button only in auto start<br />
mo<strong>de</strong>l.<br />
1.8 Electric starter: Pull in the clutch lever<br />
and press the starter button.<br />
