The new foil slitting machine will slit aluminium strip of different<br />
alloys, strip widths of up to 1,700 mm and strip thicknesses<br />
between 50 and 450 µm into narrowest finished<br />
rolls. They will not only be used as primary material for<br />
starting material for heat exchangers (finstock) but also in<br />
theproductionofflexible,multilayeralu-pexwaterpipes<br />
andforautomotiveproductssuchasheatshieldsorinternal<br />
