5.3.3 Chemotherapie<br />
5.3.3.1 Adjuvant<br />
Het chemotherapeutisch schema bevat steeds een anthracycline. In principe krijgen de meeste<br />
patiënten ook een taxaan toegediend. Klassiek wordt de sequentie 3 cycli FE100C gevolgd door 3 cycli<br />
docetaxel voorgesteld. 6 cycli FE100C wordt praktisch niet meer toegediend.<br />
Bij oudere patiënten of ernstige comorbiditeit kan ook gekozen worden voor 4 X AC gevolgd door 12<br />
X paclitaxel. Bij contra-indicatie voor anthracyclines is 4 X TC (= Docetaxel + Cyclophosfamide) een<br />
optie.<br />
