GBTRACTEL ® undertakes to correct, free ofcharge, any design, manufacturing ormaterial defect recognised by our companyafter examination by our technicaldepartment, either by repair or replacement(at Tractel ® ’s discretion) of the productacknowledged as being defective.NO AUTOMATIC RETURN IS PERMITTED.The guarantee does not cover damageresulting from incorrect use, inadequatemaintenance or handling accidents. It doesnot cover normal wear and tear, ageing, theeffects of oxidation or variations of voltageapplied to electrical components. It doesnot apply to the paint or surface coatings.The guarantee only applies to originalTRACTEL ® parts, including the chains, andexcludes all other components.Repairs under guarantee are automaticallyperformed in the workshops of themanufacturer or his approved represen -tative. This guarantee commitment onlyapplies to the cost of the parts replaced andthe labour used. Any travelling or accom -mo dation expenses incurred by TRACTEL ®personnel or those of TRACTEL’s approvedrepresentative at the user’s site, and thecosts of transporting the item to and fromthe manufacturer’s factory or that of hisapproved representative, remain the res -pon sibility of the holder of the guarantee.Parts which have been replaced becomethe property of the manufacturer and mustbe returned to him.Any repair or modification work performedby the purchaser, the user or a third partynot approved by TRACTEL ® , automaticallyinvalidates the guarantee.Repairs and replacements carried out inaccordance with the guarantee will notextend the initial guarantee period. Thisguarantee excludes any work other thanthat defined above.The performance of this guaranteeexcludes any acknowledgement of liabilityfor damage or loss of any type.The validity of our guarantee remainssubject to the presentation of the guaranteecertificate, duly signed and dated by themanufacturer, with the device in question. Ifnecessary or in the absence of theguarantee certificate, it is subject to thepurchase invoice being submitted to theTRACTEL ® network.III - GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS1) Receipt of the equipmentcorso travelling trolleys are supplied incardboard packaging with internal packing.When the equipment is received, carry outa visual inspection to check that thepackaging is in good condition.If there is any problem, express the usualreservations to the carrier.After unpacking, check that the trolleycorresponds to your order and that thedelivery includes :a) For corso trolleys (except 10 and 20 tmodels)• Two identical side plates, each fitted withtwo running wheels.• One bar (with dual reverse thread) forfixing the side plates and adjusting thespacing.• One handle for adjusting the distancebetween the side plates of the trolley.• Two securing screws on the fixing bar.• These operating and maintenanceinstructions.• The CE declaration of conformity.b) For trolleys 10 and 20 t models• Two sides plate fitted with supportingwheels.• One bar for fixing the side plates andadjusting the spacing.• Two securing screws on the fixing bar.• These operating and maintenanceinstructions.• The CE declaration of conformity.2) InstallationThe lifetime of a trolley depends on how it isinstalled.
