rotecţia juridică a mărcilor în Republica Moldova se asigură în temeiul înregistrării lor la
AGEPI în modul stabilit de Legea privind mărcile şi denumirile de origine a produselor
nr. 588-XIII din 22 septembrie 1995, modificată şi completată prin: Legea nr. 1009-XIII din 22.10.1996,
Legea nr. 1079-XIV din 23.06.2000, Legea nr. 65-XV din 12.04.2001 şi Legea nr. 1446-XV
din 08.11.2002.
În conformitate cu această lege, marca se autentifică prin certificatul de înregistrare eliberat de AGEPI.
Certificatul de înregistrare confirmă prioritatea mărcii şi dreptul exclusiv al titularului asupra mărcii pentru
produsele şi serviciile indicate în certificat.
Cererile de înregistrare şi mărcile înregistrate pe cale naţională se publică în BOPI.
Mărcile înregistrate conform Aranjamentului de la Madrid la care Republica Moldova este parte se publică
în limbile franceză şi engleză în Buletinul OMPI de Mărci Internaţionale (“Gazette OMPI des marques
internationales / WIPO Gazette of International Marks”). Buletinul, editat pe suport electronic, include
atât datele bibliografice, cât şi reproducerile mărcilor şi lista produselor/serviciilor şi este expus în
biblioteca AGEPI, accesibil publicului.

he legal protection of trademarks in the Republic of Moldova shall be afforded on the basis of
registration with the AGEPI carried out in accordance with the Law on Trademarks and
Appellations of Origin No 588-XIII of September 22, 1995, amended and completed by the Law
No 1009-XIII of October 22, 1996, the Law No 1079-XIV of June 23, 2000, the Law No 65-XV of April 12,
2001 and the Law No 1446-XV of November 08, 2002.
In accordance with this Law the trademark is certified by a registration certificate granted by the AGEPI.
The registration certificate attests to the priority date of the trademark and the exclusive right of the
owner in the trademark for goods and services entered on the certificate.
The registration applications and the trademarks registered under the national procedure shall be published
in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property.
The trademarks registered under the Madrid Agreement to which the Republic of Moldova is party shall
be published in French and English in the “Gazette OMPI des marques internationales / WIPO Gazette
of International Marks”. The Official Bulletin published on the electronic carrier comprises both bibliographic
data and mark reproductions as well as a list of products/services and is available for public in
the AGEPI library.
