Due to the highly reactive nature of these species,they will lead to a certain biological effects resulting in the microorganism death by aselectivity action on the target prockaryotic cells.Till now, have been made several studies, especially in vitro, to inactivatemicroorganisms as bacteria, f<strong>un</strong>gi, yeast and virus using a large variety of photosensitizers andsome laser sources.In this study will be provided an overview regarding the state-of-the art of the lethalphotosensitizer development method in terms of photosensitizers and laser sources used toinactivated different microorganisms.
