De aceea, anul trecut, Aquatim a abordatatât proiectarea cât şi execuţia mai multor lucrăride reabilitare ale reţelelor cu personalul propriu.Principalele lucrări sunt menționate mai jos.Self-financed investment programmesA main component of the company’s self-financedinvestment programme consists in the systematicreplacement of the deteriorated water pipes fromthe city's supply system.The experience proved that works carried overwith our own employees are cheaper than thoseoutsourced and can be started up in less time,because public procurement arrangements andtime schedules are no longer applicable. Aquatimused this opportunity last year and approached theexecution and design of several pipe rehabilitationworks with its own personnel. Aida - 330 m (apă și canalizare / water and sewerage systems), Aleea Azurului - 348 m (reamplasareutilități apă și canalizare pe domeniul public / relocation of water and sewerage systems on publicdomain), str. Cerna - 457 m (rețea apă / water system)Proiecte de cercetare aplicativăCompartimentul de cercetare se orientează spre identificareasoluţiilor pentru îmbunătăţirea cali tăţii apei,protecţia mediului şi modernizarea tehnolo gi ilor deproces, cu reducerea cheltuielilor de exploatare.În anul 2011 au continuat cercetările existenteîn domeniul optimizării tratării apelor şi epurăriiapelor uzate. O serie de studii au fost derulate pestaţiile de epurare pilot, primite prin donaţie de laprimăria München.Applied research projectsThe research department identifies and developssolutions for the improvement of water quality,environmental safety and upgrading of the processtechnology, with reduced operating costs.The ongoing applied research studies for theoptimization of water and waste water treatmentwere carried on in 2011. A number of processeswere simulated on the waste water treatmentpilot plants, donated by the Munich municipality.
