Raport anual 2011 | Annual Report 2011Apă potabilă / Water supply6Tehnologii moderne de tratareAlimentarea cu apă a Timişoarei este realizată dindouă surse, de suprafaţă şi de adâncime, prin treistaţii de tratare. Circa două treimi din apa distribuităprovine de la staţia de tratare Bega, iar restulnecesarului de apă al oraşului este asigurat dinsurse subterane, prin staţiile Urseni şi Ronaţ. Astfel,Aquatim protejează stratul acvifer, dar, în acelaşitimp, asigură o calitate adecvată a apei potabile.Volumul de apă facturat anul trecut a fost de21.623.100 mc, iar consumul mediu casnic pe capde locuitor a fost de 115 l/zi.Peste 80% din procesele de la staţiile de trataresunt monitorizate şi controlate automat, mulţumităinvestiţiilor în utilaje moderne, realizate în ultimiiani. Sistemele de automatizare implementate audus la reducerea consumului de energie. În anul2011, consumul specific pentru captarea, tratareaşi distribuţia apei a fost de 0,2499 kWh/mc.Alimentarea cu apă a judeţuluiÎn sucursalele Jimbolia, Buziaş şi Deta există staţiide tratare a apei, cea din Jimbolia fiind o staţienouă, reabilitată din fonduri europene şi dată înfuncţiune în vara anului 2010. La toate sucursalele,sursele de apă potabilă sunt de adâncime.Modern treatment technologiesIn Timişoara the water is supplied from both groundand surface sources, through three treatmentplants. Roughly two thirds of the water suppliedto the city comes from the Bega Treatment Plant,while the rest is covered by ground sources, treatedin the Urseni and Ronaţ plants. Aquatim ensuresthus the provision of an an adequate water qualityand protects the aquifer resources.In 2011, the invoiced amount of water was of21,623,100 cm, and the domestic per capita usagewas of 115 l/day.Over 80% of the treatment processes are automaticallymonitored and controlled, as a result ofthe investment programmes completed duringthe last years. The implementation of P&I led to asignificant cutdown in the energy demand. In 2011,the specific consumption for water catchment,treatment and supply was of 0.2499 kWh/mc.County’s water supplyThere are water treatment plants in the Jimbolia,Buziaş and Deta subsidiaries. The plant in Jimboliais a new facility, rehabilitated through a Europeangrant and commissioned in the summer of 2010.The water supply is covered from ground sourcesthroughout the county.
