her bina açısından bireysel önlemlerin verimliliğe oldukça önemli katkı sağladığı gözlenmiştir. Analizlerde
Abstract
In this paper energy productivity projection based on fuel types and energy consumption potential of construction
sector is examined and the emission potentials that can be provided in 10 years is investigated. In the analyses,
minimum and maximum energy potential of a building that depends on A/V rate is taken into consideration according
to TS–825 standard. It has been observed that in the buildings for every geographical region, the effects
of insulation types are very important. Furthermore, it has been observed that individual precautions contribute a
great amount to the productivity for every building. In the analyses, particularly since 2004, it was found out that
depending on the positive effects of natural gas consumption there has been a continuous decrease in m 2 potential
savings. As saving potentials of the regions are evaluated, it was determined that first region is the highest region
for A / V 1.05. Considering the results of the analysis at the end of the
study, in order to reduce the potential for energy saving in the building sector, suggestions were made regarding
the activities which should be done in the process.
