Sáng ngày 12/04/2010 Doosan Vina long trọng
tổ chức Lễ tuyên bố Vision của công ty trong
năm 2010 với mục tiêu trở thành “Global No.1
Production Player” - “Nhà sản xuất số 1 thế giới”.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Tổng Giám Đốc B.J Cho gửi
lời cám ơn chân thành đến tất cả công nhân viên
đã nỗ lực vất vả trong một năm qua giúp đem lại
những thành quả to lớn như ngày hôm nay.
Để đạt được vision mới, Doosan Vina tiếp tục cần sự
hỗ trợ từ công ty mẹ, sự nỗ lực trí tuệ và lòng nhiệt
tình của tất cả công nhân viên. Doosan Vina tin tưởng
rằng mục tiêu mới này hoàn toàn là có thể đạt được và
chúng ta sẽ sớm trở thành “Global No.1 Production
Player”, đem sản phẩm “Made in Vietnam” đang
ngày càng làm cho cuộc sống hiện đại trở thành hiện
thực đến với mọi người trên thế giới.
Doosan Vina xác lập tầm nhìn (vision) cụ thể trong
năm 2010 với ba mục tiêu chính như sau: Thứ nhất
là đạt được 100% năng suất sản xuất của công ty
mẹ; thứ hai tỷ lệ chất lượng sản phẩm đạt hơn 98%;
và cuối cùng là đẩy mạnh hoạt động của bộ phận
EHS nhằm đảm bảo cho hoạt động nhà xưởng an
toàn không xảy ra tai nạn.
Tổng Giám Đốc cũng trao tặng bằng khen và phần
thưởng cho mười nhân viên đạt thành tích xuất sắc nhất
trong cuộc thi “Ideas contest” do công ty tổ chức.

On the morning of April 12 Doosan Vina held a
ceremony to declare the “Vision” for the company,
which is to become the “Global Number One
Production Player.”
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. B.J Cho, CEO
reflected on the hard work of our employees and
thanked them for the efforts they have made during
the past, which has made the great achievements
of today possible.
We believe that the new Vision is fully achievable
and we will soon become the “Global Number One
Production Player;” supplying “Made in Vietnam”
products that make today’s modern lifestyle a
reality for people the world-over!
Doosan Vina’s vision has three main objectives:
First, achieve productivity levels that are equal to
that of Doosan Korea, second, reach similar product
quality levels and third increase the activities of
EHS to ensure absolute safety so that no accidents
occur.
To reach the goals of the Vision we will continue
receiving the support of our parent company and
we will need the continued intellectual effort and
enthusiasm of all employees.
Mr. Cho also presented merit certificates and
prizes to ten people who he recognized as excellent
performers in the “Vision Idea Contest.”
