It is only when we take responsibility for our choices that we begin to realize we truly are the masters of our fate.
Only then will our lives begin to change for the better".
While he was in Egypt Dr. Hany
Moustapha was invited by the
Egyptian Military Technical
College (MTC) and spent three
hours with its director and other
Generals to discuss research and
education collaboration opportunities,
then he gave a lecture
to final year aviation students
and staff on future aviation technology
challenges which was
well received with lots of questions
and follow-up.
It was a real ceremony for Dr.
Hany Moustapha with protocol,
pictures, video, a token award,
which he did not expect.
It is worth to be mentioned,
MTC is a very prestigious academy
which admits only top
graduating high school students
with a total of 2500 students
spread over its 5 year engineering
program, plus another 200
Master and Ph.D. About 20-
25% of their departments and
students are aviation with yearly
conferences, competitions, workshops,
etc.
Dr. Hany Moustapha will be
back to Egypt in January to
give a short course and help
them in organizing their 2017
conference.
When we asked Dr. Hany
Moustapha about his feeling he
answered:”Feel good about
(finally) giving back to my
origin”.
