Ragga is a hot blend of rhythmic African reggae and hiphop. 

This dance surprisingly quickly unleashes even the 

most stranded beginners and perfectly works the back 

muscles, chest and press. Ragga improves coordination 

and develops a polycentric, that is, the ability to move 

different parts of the body in isolation. His dance dance

leg. Perform 7-10 “waves” first with the left and then with the right foot. 

Modification: you can increase the load by connecting to the movement of the hand. 

Pull them up and close them over your head at the beginning of the exercise, initiating 

the “wave” with your hands. When making a "wave", unbend the spine smoothly and 

consistently. 


3. CIRCLES OF THE SHOULDERS 

Working the muscles of the thoracic back, shoulder girdle, oblique and abdominal 

muscle.. 

Starting position - legs slightly bent at the width of the hips. The body is fixed and is 

stationary from the feet to the waist. At the beginning of the movement, stretch your 

right shoulder to the right (and you should feel the oblique muscles of the abdomen 

stretching). Then pull the chest forward. Then stretch your left shoulder to the left and, 

completing the circle off, round your back, pointing the shoulder blades back. Thus, 

you describe the circle with the shoulders and upper body around the vertical axis. 

Mentally draw a fixed vertical axis through the center of the body and try to rotate 

around it. 


For Ragga it is important to choose the right 

musical rhythm. The ideal option is dance 

music with a tempo of 108-115 beats a 

minute. 

4. CIRCLES OF HIPS 

Working the muscles of the lumbar, abdominals, abdominal muscles. 

Starting position - legs on the width of the hips, slightly bent. The body is fixed from the 

top to the navel. Stretch your right thigh to the right, move the pelvis forward, then the 

left thigh to the left and, bending in the lower back, move the pelvis back to complete 

the circle. Perform 10 rotations in one and then in the other side. 

Modification: connect both circles so that the upper part of the body rotates to the 

right and the lower to the left. It should be a vertical "eight". This movement develops 

coordination, strengthens the entire back, abdominals, obliques, improves spinal 

mobility.

talents in the art of defile, posing for 

a photo and video camera, and 

the ability to change its image. 

At the Kids Models Show 

Spring 2019, young models from 

Simferopol, Evpatoria, Alupka, 

Kerch, Yalta, Sevastopol and 

Bakhchisarai were able to 

demonstrate their creativity. Each 

output of young models is a miniperformance 

with its own music 

and costumes. 

Kids Models Show was held in the 

form of a beauty and talent contest, 

the purpose of which is to help 

reveal, see new faces, show the 

peculiarity and originality of every 

little person, talk about fashionable 

and talented children not only in 

Crimea, but also beyond. 

March 24, 2019 in the Crimea 

(Simferopol) held a children's

Models Show Spring 2019.

I am happy to be the organizer of the KIDS MODS SHOW competition, which is so significant 

for our children and teenagers In just one year, we managed to organize two competitions for 

which I received the title "Leader of the Year" - 2019 as the best organizer of a fashion event! 

Of course, without the support of my family, partners, parents, without a great desire of children 

to participate in our project, it would be impossible to carry out our plans, and for this I am 

very grateful to everyone! My reward is our common reward. It is such a joy to see our children

Victoriya is a mischievous fidget. Communicating with Vika is just a delight. No matter 

how dreary life is, Victoriya will always cheer up. She loves chocolate candies. Dreams of

her pets. The contest Kids Models Show will be the first for Yaroslava, but she still has 

everything ahead!!

Dedolko Polina 9 years, Yevpatoria. 

Polina is a student of the 8th linguistic gymnasium of Yevpatoria. She loves English and French. 

Excellent student at school! Engaged in the Studio of pop vocal "Diez" - the lead singer. She 

has been playing volleyball for three years. Polina is the hope of Russian sports! And just 

beauty! In 2018, she won the title of Vice Mini Miss Yevpatoria, as well as the nomination Miss 

Creativity and Miss Charm!

Filippova Eva 10 years, Bakhchisarai. 

She is a very cheerful and positive girl. Comprehensively 

developing, works in a theater studio, attends the vocal 

ensemble “Vdokhnoveniye”, is a multiple winner of regional 

and international dance competitions. Eva is a student of 

the “Start” children's dance group. Since childhood, dreams 

of becoming a choreographer. In 2017 she received the title 

“Mini Miss Crimea”. A graduate of the model school “Look”, 

Sevastopol.

talented! Engaged in the modeling
