Secret of success


You have been accepted into the Agency and

are ready to start working. You are happy, excited. A

light "cold shower" will not hurt you. Therefore, a few

caveats. Working as a model is a difficult trade, and

no matter how strong your willpower, you will have

to experience a lot of blows of fate. If you lose your

sense of humor, you lose everything. Have a sense of

humor to bear all the injustices that await you along

the way. If you respond to everything with a smile, you

will fly past adversity as if on wings. You have taken

the first step - now your life is turned upside down. If

you are smart and treat yourself with humor, you will

quickly and painlessly adapt to the new situation. The

secret of success for the model is in two words:

To sacrifice - is to give up something now for a better

future.

Compete-to - fight for the realization of your goal.

The secret is simple: you need to strive hard for one

goal.

Sometimes it makes life very difficult. The model is

constantly focused on such things as diet, gymnastics,

regime, skin and hair care, makeup, clothing, and

participation in advertising shoots.

You will plunge into a completely new world for you.

It will dominate your life. Therefore, numerous and

unexpected changes are inevitable. There may be

some things that your family won't like.


A modeling career involves a lot of self-focus. Family

and friends don't know yet that you will spend much

less time with them. In addition, they will notice that

you are spending a lot of money on something that will

most likely not give an immediate return. There have

been cases when models have suffered because of

their anxious parents, envious girlfriends, and offended

fans. It is necessary to maintain the presence of mind to

professionally realize yourself, without causing harm to

your loved ones. Let them know about everything you

do during the day - this This will facilitate the transition

period; it will become clear to them that you are busy

with important things.

Wait a little while, and your friends and family will

discover how you have changed emotionally: gained

confidence in yourself learned to "present" yourself

in society. However, models are often selfish and

nervous. No wonder - the profession of a model is not

continuous entertainment, as it is often thought. This

idea has nothing to do with reality, but your loved ones

may think so, and this will complicate the relationship

with them. Be prepared for the fact that you will have

to sacrifice something. It depends only on you what

kind of character you will form.

Our advice is to steel your nerves. After all, as already

mentioned, you will have to complete all your

professional life. What does it mean to compete in

relation to the profession of a model? Remember how



a swimmer strives for a gold medal at the Olympic

games: he trains hard, leaving aside other things. He

spends many hours in the pool, not paying attention

to the fact that the skin becomes dry and smells of

bleach, and the hair becomes dull and split. He will

not be intimidated by the fact that other swimmers

are more experienced and capable, nor will he be

deterred by the fact that he has to spend less time

with family and friends.


This sense of purpose is very important for the model.

Thousands of people have done this work before you.

But remember: many of them moved forward, working

with their fists and not paying much attention to others.

Don't try to look like them. You will achieve much more

if you don't follow their example! It's always better to

make friends than enemies.

Novice models often perceive rejection as an insult, as

a negative assessment of their appearance. In fact,

sometimes customers just need a different type of

model at this point. As soon as the model understands

this, she will regain confidence that she (or he) looks

good.

You must work hard to become a competent, self -

respecting and self-confident person-in short, a fullfledged

person. If someone makes fun of you and asks

you unnecessary questions, just laugh in their face.

Those who are not familiar with the modeling business

have misconceptions about it. The professional

path of a model is not easy, and there are heavy

disappointments and failures. But, on the other hand, it

is the profession of a model that gives you experience,

money, fame, and confidence in your abilities. To

achieve success, you need to follow your own moral

principles. Be honest with yourself, take care of

yourself, and don't treat others with arrogance. And

most importantly-always try to be a professional.

Alexia is studying at Cambridge School of Bucharest and speaks

English fluently. Alexia is kind-hearted and hard-working in all that

passionates her. As an inspiring big sister, she has a great sense of

responsibilities, she is trustworthy and committed to excellence. She

is a reliable team member and has great organization skills. She has

a strong taste of fashion and is already showing great styling abilities.

In 2018, Alexia joined Kids Model Academy by Catalin Botezatu in

Bucharest, which opened for her the doors to the world of fashion

and modelling. Since then, she has been participating in multiple

beauty contests and fashion shows. She was the presenter of Little

Miss & Mister Universe Romania 2019 pageant in Bucharest. She

appeared twice in Gift of Beauty magazine in Romania.

Along with modelling, Alexia has a passion for acting. Since 2016,

she has been attending the Academia Studiorile Buftea, a movie

academy in Bucharest where she is learning all the arcanes of

filmmaking. She has been chosen for the main role in a big production

TV serie called #School which will be aired in spring 2021. This is

the first children movie made in Romania after many years.

Alexia has also been following theatre classes since 2016 at Teatrul

Excelsior in Bucharest and has taken part in various representations

with main roles such as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.

Mariah started modelling for Mossimo in the Philippines when

she was 4 years old. At this young age, she shows interest

and excel on singing, dancing and modelling. But since she is

still very young, her studies need to be prioritized. She came

back to the limelight again when she joined and won the title

Lakambini ng Wika 2017 in the Philippines. A year after in

2018, she joined Little Miss Fil-Brit in Dubai and came as 1st

runner up bagging all the major awards like Best in Talent,

Best in Q&A, Best in National Costume, Miss Personality and

Miss Facebook. During 2019, she participated in a lot of events

of Philippines Consulate in Dubai showcasing her talents in

singing and dancing and also did Sagala Kids in Dubai. She

also joined and became finalists on Burjuman Rising Stars

2019 and Dalma Mall Star Kids 2019. Came 2020 where she

accomplished a lot of things despite the pandemic, she was

able to became part of a Filipino full length movie directed

by the multi-awarded Filipino Director in the UAE, Archie

Enriquez to be shown this year in local cinemas and potentially

internationally as well.


She was able to work with big and multiple brands

in the UAE and became commercial and print ads

model for Chowking, Whiteline Dental Clinic, Asia

Kitchen by Mainland China, Barako Art Café, Fumiko

Gluta Japan, Off the Hook Seafoods Restaturant

and Zutto Suki. She is also very active on People on

Go, one of the famous and active content creators

in the UAE. Last December 2020, she was able

to showcase her talent in modelling by joining

the famous Italian brand MMilano showcasing

the sustainable collection of gowns as one of the

model. During my free time, I love to practice my

skills in singing, dancing and playing ukulele and

piano. Someday, I will become a model, a beauty

queen and a flight attendant so that I can travel the

world for free.



ANGELA ERNSBERGER, 13 years

Angela began acting at age 6 and has performed in

dozens of musical theater productions. She took karate

for 4 years, earning her Black Belt at age 9. She has

been a life-long alpine skier

She entered her first pageant in May 2018, winning the

title Junior Miss Springtime, then went on to be crowned

2018 Miss Ohio Preteen in the American Royal Beauties

Pageant, and then American Royal Beauties 2019

National Cover Model.

Later in 2019, Angela competed in the National American

Miss Ohio Pageant, earning 3rd Runner Up to Miss Ohio,

1st Runner Up in Talent (vocal), Photogenic, and Most

Promising Model; and 3rd Runner Up in Spokesmodel

and Top Model Search. She went on to the National

American Miss National Pageant and earned 4th Runner

Up in National Spokesmodel. In 2020, she won the

photo shoot competition to become the NAM Ohio Top

Model, and earned Top 10 in the National American Miss

National Runway competition.




She signed with Starbound Talent in 2019, and

competed at the International Model and Talent

Association competition in January 2020, taking Top

10 in several modeling and acting categories.

Angela has been a regular volunteer at Vision

Ministries in Toledo, Ohio, helping to cook and serve

meals to the local community. She has also been

developing a social media campaign #Acting Positive,

to help others overcome bullying and self doubt to

achieve their dreams.

Angela first worked with MM Milano the Brand at

New York Fashion Week in February 2020. She was

eager to continue working with Chona Bacaoco and

MM Milano, and after months of pandemic getting in

the way, was thrilled to be a part of the Vivz Fashion

School International Pageant and Dubai World

Fashion Week in December 2020.

Maria Cristina is a dedicated actress, already showcasted in numerous

movies, Tv shows and commercials. She is also a singer and dancer,

80 trophies and 25 songs of her own. In addition, Maria has a modelling

career with abounding appearances in more than 50 fashion shows in

Milan, London, Paris, New York City, Dubai and many other locations.

Maria is part of the MM Milano modelling agency and she has attended

over 50 runway shows and contests from 2018 ‘till now.

Maria is very active on her social networks. She creates and posts

content for her followers about her professional achievements, new

places visited, favorite movies.

She recently started conducting a series of interviews with people

who have excelled in various fields (make-up artist, singer, influencer,

model) to provide inspiration to young people who pursue it in order

to choose a career and to help them overcome the difficulties they

may face.

Maria’s dream is to become an actress. She is working on her dream

since she was very young. Maria is currently attending a local acting

school and is training online with a teacher from the USA who plays

in a production on Broadway.
