The Exchange's website, www.cse.dk, is the digital meeting
place for issuers and investors. Here you will find detailed,
free information about the Exchange, our markets and the
listed companies. The website is updated currently with new
information and facilities.
Investors are able to follow the pricing on the equity market
and see up to five levels of bid and ask prices. Also, you may
track the performance of the individual company via an
interactive graph and see when a company has published
e.g. a company announcement.
For each listed company the website contains historical
prices (some as far back as 1995), graphs, key and
accounting figures, the latest 10 company announcements,
description of the company etc, and key figures and ratios
can be compared with various indices and other companies.
The bonds each have their own master data page with prices
and graphs. The investment funds also have their own
master data pages with graphs and links to analyses.
The site offers a complete view of the trades that have been
made in shares and investment certificates listed on the
Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The information is available
for all trades in all securities that have either been executed
in or reported to the Exchange's trading system. With this
information it is easier for investors to identify their own
trades as they can both see the member who has been
trading and the transaction time. Also, visitors to the website
can study the company announcements and news stories
from Denmark and the world's leading stock markets.
The personal pages, 'My Page', is a service requiring a user
name and password. Here you may set up your own price
lists and portfolios, and you can then track the development
in prices compared with your buying price. You can also set
up news or price alerts enabling you to receive an e-mail
each time a company in your portfolio releases an
announcement, or if the price rises or drops. You may also
find a graphical display of your portfolio broken down by type
of security.
Market movers in shares, investment certificates and bonds.
On the homepage, the top 5 and bottom 5 are displayed in
real time. You can generate any list you desire. For example
the shares can be sorted according to last price paid,
turnover and top/bottom. You can choose which segment of
the market the market mover list shall display, how many
shares shall be included and whether you want shares with
no trading activity to be displayed. Market mover lists that are
not shown on the homepage are based on price information
which is delayed by 15 minutes.
The performance of prospective KFX constituents is updated
daily in the period leading to the selection of the new
portfolio, which takes place biannually at the beginning of
June and December, respectively.
Monthly statistics, decisions and statements, spreadsheets
with issues, new companies, etc are available on the website
free of charge. The monthly press release about the market
performance is typically available on the homepage of
www.cse.dk on the second trading day of the subsequent
month.
Focus, an electronic periodical in which member firms,
issuers and other experts write topical articles about the
bond and equity markets, etc. Publications about the stock
market may be downloaded free of charge at www.cse.dk,
including trading rules, Handbook for Issuers, technical
publications, Fact Book and the Annual Report.
