Stefan Eck has been CFO of Honsel AG since April 2008<br />
which, in 2009, accomplished the financial restructuring<br />
of the group via a debt-to-equity swap. In 2010/11, he<br />
led the group through a court-driven process and sold it<br />
to a consortium of an industrial and a special situation investor<br />
in 2010/11. Honsel is a leading supplier of light metal<br />
components for the automotive industry with sites in<br />
Spain, Mexico and Brazil.<br />
Dietmar Schickel, Managing Director, Tele Columbus Group<br />
Dietmar Schickel has been active in the German cable TV<br />
market since its inception and has been Managing Director<br />
of Tele Columbus for more than 20 years. He led the Executive<br />
Board during its financial restructuring in 2010 and<br />
achieved a significant reduction of its 1 billion euros debt<br />
spread over 90 financial institutions. Tele Columbus numbers<br />
among Germany's largest cable operators and has been successful<br />
as a telecommunications provider since 1985.<br />

Dr. Frank Nikolaus is Managing Partner of the investment<br />
bank boutique Nikolaus & Co. LLP in London and Düsseldorf.<br />
He has participated in the restructuring of numerous<br />
globally connected companies, latest examples being SAF-<br />
HOLLAND, Tele Columbus Group and Pfleiderer AG.<br />
Nikolaus & Co. LLP specialises in financial restructurings of<br />
companies with complex international indebtedness and in<br />
