Starting baking.<br />
NOTE<br />
► If the temperature drops, the thermostat and hence also the<br />
green indicator light switches on again automatically and<br />
brings the temperature up to the set level again.<br />
Making pita bread<br />
Turn the control knob to level 5.<br />
Wait until the green indicator light goes out.<br />
Roll out the dough to not more than the diameter of the baking<br />
plate.<br />
Place the dough onto the baking plate to bake.<br />
Turn over the bread to see how well done it already is.<br />
As a rule the bread needs to be baked for roughly 1 minute on<br />
each side.<br />
