zzgl. NK = additional (utilities: electricity/heating) costs
EBK = fitted kitchen
Blk = balcony
ZH = central heating
K = deposit
NR = non-smoker
KN = kitchenette
NMM = rent per month (without costs for heating, gas, water,
garbage disposal)
