A For objects of all kinds, such as for example furniture, drapes, curtains and textiles or other flammable or<br />
non-flammable materials, the following minimum distances from the unit, particularly from the air outlet grille,<br />
must be observed:<br />
In front of the air outlet grille 500 mm<br />
Above the air outlet grille at a Overhang < 00 mm 500 mm<br />
Side of unit 150 mm<br />
Rear of unit 0 mm<br />
The hot air must be able to exit freely!<br />
No articles must fall, hang, lay or stick into any opening of the appliance (e.g. necklaces a.s.o.). This can lead<br />
to deadly current draws and/or fires.<br />
Do not use the appliance as a stool!<br />
No changes at the equipment must be made.<br />
Never leave the alliance when in use unsupervised. Remote switches or automatic engaged equipment or<br />
upstream components are not allowed with this appliance. (e.g. ambient temperature automatic controller) is<br />
not permitted.<br />
Special caution is required, if the appliance is used in the presence of children, invalid persons or animals. Danger<br />
of injury!<br />
If a part of the appliance is damaged or has fallen down or it was already defect/malfanctioning, it may no be<br />
taken in to operation.<br />
1.4 Care and maintenance<br />
Before cleaning or maintenance the power supply plugs of the appliance must pulled out of the socket and it<br />
must cool down first!<br />
If slight brownish discolouration should appear on the unit housing, this should be rubbed off as soon as possible<br />
with a damp cloth.<br />
The unit should be cleaned in the cold condition, using customary cleaning agents.<br />
Abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents should be avoided.<br />
Humidity may not penetrate into the equipment.<br />
Do not spray any cleaning sprays into the air slots.<br />
The appliacne must be well dried before it is taken in operation!<br />
The appliance should be kept free of dust and vibrations and must be kept well protected.<br />

If the heater still does not warm up, call an engineer!<br />
Check whether it is covered, so it could have overheated (e.g. covered air outlet or inlet opening).<br />
Eliminate cause!<br />
If it does not warm up again after a few minutes‘ cooling down period, call an engineer!<br />
Read the model (Modell) and E- and F-number from the rating<br />
plate (8) on the unit and tell customer service!<br />
