Since POLYTEC AVO has become a
member of the POLYTEC GROUP,
it has broadened their customer
base and product range, with main
customers such as NISSAN, FORD,
HONDA, MITSUBISHI, MERCEDES-
BENZ and many others. The turnover
has increased over the past
five years with all the customers.
One of the most important current
products is the stainless steel entry
guard or scuff plate, used for
front, rear and backdoors, and
the tailgate protections for SUV
vehicles.
Recently POLYTEC AVO N.V., has
become a specialist in entry guards
and scuff plates, from sandblasted,
pressed and etched logo,
to illuminated, POLYTEC AVO offers
a variety of possibilities.
Also the motor bike parts are and
will be, a very important item in
the near future, as original OE
parts bended and welded within
the company, directly ordered and
sold to the market by the OE customer.
Other important and significant
products are cargo separators
and dog guards, used to protect
passengers as well as cargo in
vans, station cars, etc.

Now, the company is specialized
in more than only these products.
POLYTEC AVO has become a very
important link in the group for
manufacturing all kinds of small
materials which are, in combination
with plastic parts, made by
other POLYTEC GROUP companies
and used in the automotive
branch.
Over the last months, POLYTEC
AVO has also gained a new market,
totally outside of the automo-
tive sector and has now received
orders to make fitness equipment
frames for the European and
American markets.
This frame is made completely out
of welded stainless steel, it will be
assembled with electronic equipment
in Holland, from where it
will be shipped overseas.

In 2006 POLYTEC AVO achieved
ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification.
They had already been certified
for ISO 14001 and QS 9000 for several
years, which emphasizes the
importance of the quality awareness
and motivation of all employees
at POLYTEC AVO.
The most important strength of
POLYTEC AVO, besides the flexibility
towards the customer is
the high level of quality standard
which is pursued with the
shortest possible communication
channels.

Seit POLYTEC AVO Mitglied der
POLYTEC GROUP ist, hat sich der
Kundenstamm und die Produktpalette
erweitert. Zu den Hauptkunden
gehören NISSAN, FORD,
HONDA, MITSUBISHI, MERCEDES-
BENZ und einige andere. Der Umsatz
ist in den vergangenen fünf
Jahren bei all diesen Kunden gestiegen.
Zu den wichtigsten Produkten gehören
derzeit die Einstiegsleisten
aus Edelstahl, eingesetzt im Bereich
der Vorder- und Hintertüren
und Heckklappen sowie der Heckschürzen
für SUV-Fahrzeuge.
In den vergangenen Jahren hat
sich POLYTEC AVO N.V. zum Spezialisten
für Einstiegsleisten entwickelt
und bietet von beleuchteten
Ausführungen bis hin zu sandgestrahlten,
gepressten und eingeätzten
Logos vielfältige Möglichkeiten.
Auch Motorradteile sind heute
und in naher Zukunft ein wichtiger
Umsatzbestandteil, da im
Unternehmen Original OEM-Teile
gebogen und verschweißt werden,
die direkt vom OE-Kunden bestellt
und auf dem Markt vertrieben
werden.
Weitere wichtige Produkte sind
Transport- oder Hundegitter zum
Schutz der Fahrgäste, sowie der
Ladung in Kleintransportern, Lieferwagen
usw. verwendet werden.

Heute ist das Unternehmen nicht
nur auf diese Produkte spezialisiert.
POLYTEC AVO ist zu einem
sehr wichtigen Bindeglied in der
Gruppe geworden. Das Unternehmen
fertigt Kleinteile aller Art,
die zusammen mit Kunststoffteilen
von den anderen Firmen der
POLYTEC GROUP in der Automobilbranche
eingesetzt werden.
In den vergangenen Monaten hat
POLYTEC AVO neben der Automobilbranche
auch neue Märkte
erobert und erhält jetzt Aufträge
zur Teileherstellung von Fitnessgeräten
für den amerikanischen
und europäischen Markt.
Die Rahmen dieser Geräte bestehen
komplett aus geschweißtem
Edelstahl, werden in Holland mit
elektronischen Geräten kom-
plettiert und anschließend von
dort nach Übersee geliefert.
Im Jahr 2006 wurde POLYTEC AVO
nach ISO/TS 16949:2002 zertifiziert,
