In addition to the close cooperation with the OEMs as early
as possible in the concept phase, the domination of the entire
value chain is further evidence of these many successes.
The company has expertise, knowhow
and experience right through
from the material development
phase to compression moulding
and post-moulding operations,
such as drilling, milling and bonding,
culminating in the paint finish
and the completed module.
Even after the separation of the
former Menzolit-Fibron compounds
division nothing has
changed.
The Gochsheim plant for such
compounds was taken over by
today‘s MEFIplast in the framework
of the separation of the division
and it produces more than
22,000 tons of SMC for all the
plants manufacturing moulded
parts after the acquisition by the
POLYTEC GROUP.
The development and production
phases are implemented here, as
is the case at all moulding operations,
according to the rules and
regulations of TS 16949 and environmental
guidelines ISO 14001.

The procedure in conducting a
project is firmly described in the
company‘s management manual.
All projects pass through the
important stages of the product
development process (PEP) accompanied
by feasibility studies,
risk assessments as well as design
and process FMEAs, which are essential
requirements as „preferred
supplier“ of the European passenger
car and commercial vehicle
industry.
Promoting innovations and development
targets and transferring
them successfully to the market
are objectives which the company
has also set for the future of the
POLYTEC GROUP.

Das Unternehmen verfügt über
Kompetenz, Know-how und Er-
fahrung von der Materialentwicklung
über die Presstechnik,
und die Weiterbearbeitung wie
Bohren, Fräsen, Kleben bis hin zur
Lackierung und zum fertig montierten
Modul.
Auch nach der Abspaltung der
ehemaligen Menzolit-Fibron Halbzeugsparte
hat sich daran nichts
geändert.
Das Gochsheimer Halbzeugwerk
wurde im Rahmen der Spartenseparierung
von der heutigen
MEFIplast übernommen und produziert
mehr als 22.000 Tonnen
SMC für die Eigenverarbeitung
aller Formteile produzierenden
Werke nach Übernahme durch die
POLYTEC GROUP.
Die Entwicklung und Produktion
erfolgt hier, wie auch an
allen Formteilestandorten, nach
den Regeln und Vorschriften der
TS 16949 und den Umweltrichtlinien
ISO 14001.
Die Vorgehensweise in der Projektbearbeitung
ist im Managementhandbuch
des Unternehmens dezidiert
beschrieben. Alle Projekte
durchlaufen die wichtigen Stufen
des Produktentstehungsprozesses
(PEP) mit Machbarkeitsstudien,
Risikoanalysen sowie Konstruktions-
und Prozess-FMEAs – unerlässliche
Voraussetzungen als
„preferred supplier“ der europäischen
PKW- und Nutzfahrzeuge-
Industrie.
Innovationen und Entwicklungsziele
zu fördern und erfolgreich in
den Markt zu bringen sind die Ziele,
die sich das Unternehmen auch
für die Zukunft in der POLYTEC
GROUP gesetzt hat.
