die Spezialisten
von Agilent über „New Motion
Control Products“, am
Mittwoch über „New Isolation
Products“ und der letzte
Tag war den „New Fibre
Optic Products“ gewidmet.
Aber auch Microchip stand
interessierten Kunden auf
dem SASCO-Stand Rede
und Antwort. Und nicht nur
das, zu jeder vollen Stunde
vermittelten die Produktspezialisten
von SASCO
und Microchip detaillierteres
Wissen und Tipps zu
den Microchip-Produkten.
Krönender Abschluss der
jeweiligen Vorträge war die
Verlosung eines ICD2-Entwicklungkits
im Wert von
ca. 160.- Euro.
Eines der Messehighlights
war natürlich die Vorstellung
des jüngsten SASCO
„Familienmitglieds“. Die
Displays von Sharp, aber
auch die von Hitachi, weckten
das Kundeninteresse
nicht nur mit vielen bunten
Bildern, sondern auch
durch ihre hochentwickelte
Technik.

Und was wären all diese
elektronischen Bauteile ohne
eine schützende Schicht
aus Dow Corning
Silikonen? Selbstverständlich
durfte auch dieser
„Exot“ unter den SASCO-
Herstellern keinesfalls auf
dem Messestand fehlen.
Es ist immer wieder verblüffend,
wie wenige Entwicklungsingenieure
wissen,
dass Dow Corning so einfache
Lösungen für häufig
auftretende Problemstellungen
anbietet.
In all der Produktvielfalt waren
auch Produkte von Micronas,
Cypress und Analog
Devices vertreten; den
Kunden, die sich für Altera
interessierten standen sogar
gleich zwei SASCO
On Tuesday the Agilent
specialists informed visitors
about “New Motion Control
Products”, on Wednesday
about “New Isolation Products”
and the last day was
dedicated to “New Fibre
Optic Products”.
Microchip was also represented
on the SASCO
booth and happy to answer
all questions regarding
their products. But this was
not all. Every full hour
SASCO and Microchip product
specialists conveyed
detailed knowledge and
tips regarding Microchip
products. Final highlight of
each lecture was the drawing
of an ICD2 development
kit with a value of approximately
160.- Euro.
One focus of course was
the introduction of the
youngest SASCO “family
member”. The displays of
Sharp, but also those of
Hitachi, caught the customers’
attention not only by
their many colorful pictures,
but also by their sophisticated
technology.
But what would all these
electronic components be
without a protective coating
made of Dow Corning silicones?
Naturally this exotic
SASCO supplier had to be
represented on the booth
as well. It is always startling,
how few design engineers
know that Dow
Corning offers so simple
solutions for common problems.
The remarkable variety of
products also comprised
components of Micronas,
Cypress and Analog Devices.
Customers who were
interested in Altera
products even had the
choice between two
SASCO FAEs. Especially
the subject “Cyclone” was
the talk of the town,
although in this case people
were not chatting about the
newest sensational rage of
elements but about Altera’s
latest product.
